Ship BPCs will always give you a 1 run T2 BPC, regardless of the number of runs on the original BPC. If you use a max run BPC for modules, you will get a 10 run T2 BPC. The only thing that can change this is to use Decryptors.

Not that I'm aware of. Mine has never deactivated unless I'm to close to a can,ship, roid, etc. I have had mine deactivate when I flew through a moon though.

My guess would be no. I haven't done the math, but if you look at the info on a blueprint and check out the prices of the construction materials, you should find out pretty quick. You could likely buy one off the market for roughly the same price.

You can right click the inbox on evemail and click settings. Theres a setting there to block everyone from sending you messages. ( except people in your address book).
